Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at mike@churchtownegas.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Policy (Lower 48 United States)

Shipping Area

We currently ship orders to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
